  • How experienced is your team in handling tree removal and trimming?

    Genesis Tree Services has over 15 years of expeirence. All of our crews are fully trained and we ensure they are OSHA compliant. The safety of your property is of the utmost importance to us. 

  • Are you insured and licensed to perform tree services in this area?

    We are licensed to provide tree services by the state of California, number 1058654. We are compliant with all insurance requirements. 

  • What is the typical timeframe for completing tree removal or pruning projects?

    Most of our services can be completed within a day. 

  • Do you offer free estimates for tree services, and what factors affect the cost of the job?

    We provide on-site estimates for all of our services.  The removal of a particularily large tree may require using a crane, which increases the cost. 

  • How far in advance do you recommend we contact you for an appointment?

    Aside from emergency services, we typically can schedule an appointment for the next day. For emergencies we provide same-day service.
